Pape, Cole and
Associates, a full service Architectural and Planning
firm, was founded in 1987 in response to the market need
to provide quality design services with direct attention
by the Principals of the Firm. The Firm is
organized as a professional corporation, with the
founding Principals serving as Project Managers, direct
client contacts from our offices in Roanoke and Norfolk.
The practice of the Firm has provided a variety of
architectural services to Governmental, Institutional,
Educational, and Industrial clients, with a special
emphasis on the planning and design of Healthcare
Facilities.
 The
foundation of the Firm is based on the knowledge and
experience of the Principals, representing over forty
years of combined experience in the design and
construction of some of the most modern, unique, and
complex facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
